Can You Really Smoke This Anywhere?
There are some really great advantages to e-smoking. One is the promise for these devices to be used in places where smoking has been banned.
So how is that working?
If you live in an apartment where smoking is not allowed, this is a fantastic option. There is no smoke, and no offending smoke smell left behind. Electronic smoking does not break any laws with a lease. Surprise visits from the landlord are no longer feared.
Car rides with asthmatic passengers and windows closed have proven to be no problem. The vapors leave very little if any smell, and cause nothing of harm to anyone sitting close.
Out in public, not everyone has seen or experienced the electronic cigarette. Some e-cigarettes are so close in resemblance to a real cigarette, it has been cause for alarm in some states already. In some of those states it is up to the discretion of restaurants whether to allow esmokers. Other states are in the process of finding ways to determine acceptable rules.
Legally, you can smoke this anywhere. But until the general public is really informed, don’t be surprised to be treated as a common smoker.
